Ingredients

• 1 12-ounce Cool Whip
• 1 16-ounce cottage cheese (small curd)
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• S. Mazza's Farm Fresh Strawberries (cut in quarters)

Instructions

• Mix the dry Jell-O with the cottage cheese
• Add the Cool Whip, drained fruit and strawberries
• Garnish with strawberries and coconut
